VIP SEATING FOR 4 TO DR. PHIL TAPING IN HOLLYWOOD, CA Item Value: Priceless!Up for bid is a photo of Dr. Phil (5x7) and four VIP seats to a taping of his show! You and your guests will get priority seating and will be permitted to park on the Paramount lot. Prepare to be "fu-Philed" as the good doctor guides you and millions of others through the dangerous waters of family life. Restrictions: Expires 8/2009. Tapings are generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings. The scheduled season is from August thru April. Reservations required at least two weeks prior to attending date, subject to availability. Availability is not known by the seller. Winner must contact the show after certificate is received to confirm availability. Must be 18 years of age. Original certificate must be presented upon arrival. Donated By: Dr. Phil PAYMENT TERMS: All sales are final. Please ask questions before bidding. Do not bid unless you are 100% committed to paying for this item in a prompt manner. Payment must be received within 7 days unless other arrangements have been made before bidding. We accept Paypal, checks (made payable to Silent Partners Inc.) or money order. We accept credit cards only through Paypal. We ship after payment is processed. Checks and e-checks usually require 7-10 days to clear. SHIPPING & HANDLING Buyer pays all shipping/handling fees. CERTIFICATES ONLY : Within the U.S. $6.50 standard / $18 overnight** Outside the U.S. To be calculated after a winning bid notification. **Excludes Hawaii and Alaska. Your overnight item will be delivered by 12 p.m. the next business day after it is shipped. Overnight shipments are picked up by the carrier at 4 p.m. PST. COMBINED SHIPPING : Available only for certificates/photos/tickets from this charity that close on the same day and are paid for together. The combined items must include certificates only. The cost for each additional certificate is $3. PICK-UP : Items may be picked up in our offices in Calabasas, CA for no s/h charge with 1 business day advance notice. INSURANCE : Optional for all items. Insurance Rates: $1.65 for the 1st $50 of item value, $2.05 if value is between $50.01 to $100, $2.45 if value is between $100.01 to $200, $4.60 if value is between $200.01 to $300, $5.50 if value is between $300.01 to $400, $6.40 if value is between $400.01 to $500, $7.30 if value is between $500.01 to $600, $7.30 plus $0.90 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000.
