(4) SAN ANTONIO SPURS Season Tickets Yours for 5 Games of the 2008-2009 Pre/Regular Season 5 Games - "25% OFF Face Value" SECTION 2 - Row 4 - Seats 11, 12, 13 & 14 [Charter Section] Games in San Antonio, Texas at the AT&T Center These tickets are being sold by season tickets owner. This is not a ticket agency. Selling Season Tickets for five (5) games of the 2008-2009 San Antonio Spurs pre/regular season. We have four (4) seats together in the Charter Section by the Spurs Bench. These seats are located in Row 4; however, there is no Row 3. You are elevated approximately one foot above the floor with a great view. [NOTE: Go to the San Antonio Spurs website and look for "Find Your Seat" and enter Section 2, Row 4 and get a 3-D view.] We are selling a package of five (5) games. We have put together a mix of two (2) weekday games and three (3) weekend games and have spread them through the pre & regular season. These seats have an individual "face value" seat price, per game, of $275.35. The "face value" cost for all four seats per game is $1,101.40. The "face value" cost for the five (5) games is $5,507.00. 25% off of the "face value" is a savings of $1,376.75 or a cost of $4,130.25. The cost for this 5 game package at 25% off of "face value" is $4,130.25. Package includes: (Friday 10/24/08 - Miami) (Tuesday 11/11/08 - New York) (Sunday 12/14/08 - Oklahoma) (Tuesday 01/20/09 - Indiana) (Friday 03/27/09 L.A. Clippers) Lot 3 Parking Pass included for FREE for each of the games in your package. Access is through the VIP entrance adjacent to Lot 3. Access to the Terrace Restaurant. Drinks (alcohol & non-alcohol) and snacks available for purchase from servers, at the seats. Four (4) tickets located adjacent to the SPURS BENCH in Section 2, Row 4, Seats 11, 12, 13 & 14. These seats are in the CHARTER SECTION. The 4 seats you are bidding on are on the same row and are next to each other. Also included is a Parking Pass for LOT # 3 which is next to the VIP ENTRANCE. Delivery will be by FedEx or USPS Express or Priority Mail (in person exchange is possible in San Antonio, Texas). Winning bidder must pay by Cashiers Check or Money Order [NOTE: If you propose some other means of payment it might require an adjustment of the cost due to associated fees.] Payment must be received and clear before delivery. Payment to be received within three (3) days of the close of the auction. Winning bidder must supply a valid address for expedited delivery. Someone must be available to sign for shipment. No international bidders and no international shipping. AGREEMENT SUMMARY: • By bidding, you are engaging into a legal, binding contract. • Make sure you have the sufficient funds prior to bidding. • If you are bidding with a friend or for someone, be absolutely 100% sure that payment can be obtained before the payment deadline. • These tickets are sold together. • Please go over the venue map provided by the venue carefully in order to determine the location of the seats. • There are no refunds and no returns. • Payment must be made as specified. • The tickets will be sent to the successful bidder's valid address.
