Description
Monterey Bay Aquarium is one of the best aquariums in the country. They focus on marine life that can be found in Monterey Bay so you will not see much in the way of exotic tropical fish but you will be amazed by the vibrant colors of the amazing assortment of sea life found here. The 'jellyfish' displays are the best in the world. See everything from schooling anchovies to sunfish and sharks up close. Well worth the drive from Southern or Northern California. The aquarium is open daily and these tickets are good any one day between now and 2/1/2009. The aquarium is a great famly experience for the young and adventuresome. The Monterey Carmel area is filled with shops and restaurants and an aquarium visit can make a great date.
