The tickets being auctioned are in Section 210 Row H, Seats 9 & 10 and include one blue parking pass.  Seat 210, Row H, Seat 1 is on the aisle that is at mid-court, so these seats are just eight seats from mid-court. This section is only eight rows deep and a suite is located immediately behind these seats.  Nobody is sitting immediately behind you.  The seats on the Platinum level are wider and offer more leg room than the standard seating.  Amenities include in-seat wait service, access two hours before game time to all of the specialty food and drink bars including the Platinum Club Dining.    This is for the 2008-2009 Dallas Mavericks Regular Season Only!  If you would like to purchase playoff tickets, they will be allocated later.  The price of these tickets will be 10% over my cost.  You will be offered these two tickets to at least three out of every four home playoff games that are actually played in the American Airlines Center.  If I offer you these two tickets via e-mail to a home playoff game at my cost + 10% and you do not purchase them within 24 hours after offered, then you forfeit all of your rights to tickets to that home playoff game and all future home playoff games.  Playoff tickets must be picked up in Plano. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding.  Beginning this year, the Mavericks are charging more for single game tickets (“face value”) to premium games (see * below).  The face value of each ticket is either $158 or, if it is a premium game, $189.  The cost of a blue parking pass is $10 each.  The price for the auction is set at 27 x (158 x 2 + 10) = $8,802.  Thus, I am selling all of the tickets at normal face value and not increasing the price for the premium games that are included. Also, the games do not include any pre-season games. Payment must be made via PayPal or personal check delivered to me in each case within 72 hours after the auction ends or I reserve the right to cancel the auction.  Once payment clears the bank, I will ship the regular season tickets to you via Federal Express or you can pick them up in Plano.  There are no refunds.   You can e-mail me at dennis@dgorman.com.
