As you will see we provide all of our customers with the highest level of customer service. Our goal is to earn your repeat business and to accomplish this we follow all of our policies listed below to help avoid any possible confusion. WE PROVIDE TICKETS FOR MOST EVENTS NATIONWIDE AND HAVE TICKETING OPTIONS FOR ALL BUDGETS. IF YOU DON'T FIND THE TICKETS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HERE PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL AND WE WILL PROVIDE AVAILABLE TICKETING OPTIONS FOR YOU. PLEASE INCLUDE PERFORMER, VENUE, AND DATE WITH ALL REQUESTS AND PRICING OR SEATING PREFERENCES IF APPLICABLE We want to remove any anxiety you have towards buying tickets by showing you our policies in writing before you buy. 1. All tickets are guaranteed to be genuine and valid.2. We only sell tickets for which we have confirmed orders.3. All tickets are always side by side in consecutive seats.4. Any provided photos showing a seating view are general views from that section, not necessarily from the specific seats offered.5. We ship via FedEx Monday thru Friday. All in-stock orders ship within 1 business day of payment. Tickets not in-stock are shipped within 1 business day of being received. We always ship tickets the same day whenever possible6. We do not overstate the seat locations by drawing lines with arrows that exaggerate seat quality. When possible we provide unedited venue maps directly above our auction description. Customized venue maps showing approximate seat location is available upon request.7. We always ship our tickets within the US via FedEx. All customers will receive a FedEx tracking number no later than the day the tickets are shipped to you. Your tracking number will be sent to you via fedex.com. If you do not receive your tracking number please let us know and we will email it to you. All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.8. We do not provide exact seat numbers in the auction description or via email. Please contact us for an accurate seat number range. Please note: This is done to protect the privacy of the winning bidder and this policy is strictly enforced. Any requests for exact seat numbers will receive a reply with a seat number range only (i.e. between seat numbers 27-35). Exact seat numbers may be requested by the winning buyer immediately after payment.9. If tickets are listed as "4 (or more) in a row" and you only need a pair, please let us know. We are usually willing to revise the listing from 4 tickets to 2 tickets at 50% of the original 4 ticket price.10. Fees There are no additional fees (except shipping) when purchasing from us via eBay Shipping FedEx shipping for all tickets are: Within 48 United States:$15 for FedEx Express Air shipping (2-3 business day delivery)$22 for FedEx Next Day Air shipping (1 business day)$30 for FedEx Next Day Air Saturday shipping Within Canada, Alaska and Hawaii:$35 for FedEx Express Air shipping (2-3 business day delivery - where available)$45 for FedEx Next Day Air shipping (1 business day - where available) We can ship as late as 7:00 PM EST the day before a show (Monday thru Friday) for most orders. Please e-mail us to see if your zip code qualifies. We reserve the right to not ship to unconfirmed addresses and require you confirm your address before we will accept your payment. If your address is not confirmed please do not bid. FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. Please provide a confirmed physical street address when making payment via PayPal. Delivery Tickets in stock are shipped within 1 business day of payment. Other tickets are shipped within one day of receiving them. We ship every day, Monday thru Saturday. We guarantee delivery of all tickets purchased from us Refunds & Returns All sales are final. Refunds are provided for cancelled events only after the buyer returns the original tickets. Returns can be requested for seven days following the cancellation of the event and will be processed after the primary ticket provider's refund is processed. Refunds are not provided for postponed events that honor the seating from the originally scheduled date. Seating Charts We try to provide a seating chart when possible. When is a seating chart shown, it is taken directly from the ticketing agency or event venue website. Venues sometimes change the seating layout. Seating charts may not be complete or labeled accurately. We assume no responsibility for changes or errors in the seating layouts.
