Not only do you get all the exciting end zone action you can handle from just the fifth row, but you can get great pictures of the visiting team coming and going from the locker room. Think of the money you will save on scalped tickets in this section, and you'll see that owning the rights to these seats is a BARGAIN! What You're Buying You are bidding on PSLs for three great lower-level seats located in Section 134 at Reliant Stadium. A Blue Lot Parking Pass is also included. PSL's give you the rights to purchase season tickets (from the TEXANS) for these seats beginning with the 2009 season and beyond. Your right to purchase these seats' tickets and parking pass from the Texans will begin next year, 2009.  The transfer will take place as soon as your payment is received. You are buying the PSLs from me, which is 'ownership' of these seats and parking pass. Your Future Costs The face value of the tickets was $70 per seat per game. The entire season, for two seats, was $2,100. The Blue Parking Pass was $250 for the season. 10% of the season total is due around Feb 15th. That's $235.00.45% of the season total is due around Mar 25th. That's $1057.50.The balance is due around May 1st. That's $1057.50. You will pay these amounts to the Texans, because the seats will be in your name by then. (This means you will be getting the invoices starting in January) How This Will Work After you win the auction, you will contact me to make payment. Personal checks are cool if your feedback rating is high enough, or you can use PayPal, a money order, or cashiers check. Once payment is received, I will send you the Permanent Seat License Transfer form with my section filled out and signed off on, which you will finish filling out and forward to the Texans along with a $50 transfer fee payable to the Texans. Again, my portion will already have been filled out, so the seats transfer as soon as you send the completed form and transfer fee to the Texans. Buyer must close out transaction within 5 business days of auction end. Positive or (gasp!) negative feedback will be left.
