The transfer of ownership will take place in February of 2009 and the winning bidder will be responsible for the $100 transfer fee check made payable to the Tennessee Titans at the time of the transfer. Payment is due within 3 HOURS of the end of the auction and must be made through paypal only or the ticket rights will be relisted and negative feedback will be given immediately thereafter.**This transfer of ownership will take place in February of 2009 and the winning bidder will be responsible for the 2009 season ticket invoice from the Titans (only $730 per season ticket or $1460 for both for the season) as well as the $100 transfer fee check made payable to the Titans.The winning bidder will also be notified in December about the playoff tickets in these seats if the Titans are eligible for postseason play and then be given the option of purchasing these seats at face value (price determined in December by the Titans). A legal contract between the buyer and the seller will be drafted up and signed in the interim.
